Hi, I’m Grace

Whilst each section of my page delves a little more specifically into my background, here’s a bit about why I became an orator:

I was completing a nursing degree when I realised that my favourite part of the job was in fact hearing my patients’ life stories.

Flash forward 8 years - I was given the opportunity to officiate services while working as a Funeral Arranger. I couldn’t believe I’d found such a perfect way to combine the most satisfying aspects of my work; capturing people’s stories and reflecting them back to their family was far more than just a job.

I decided to make this my full time endeavour, expanding to include other aspects of life that are worthy of commemorating and celebrating. I gained my Certificate IV in Celebrancy, and here we are.

I now have the absolute privilege of standing by families on the most important days of their lives. Whether it’s your happiest, most proud, or most challenging moments; I’m grateful to be there to support you.

From nursing, to funerals, to weddings and beyond; my style always remains the same in one distinct way… My approach is to never be the main focus. Although I am often front-and-centre in a literal sense, what I want is to shine a light on the people or person we’re honouring. I’m there to guide and highlight, but it’s my mission to make sure it’s you or your loved one who is shining on the day.
