I believe a Funeral Service should be as unique as the person it’s written for.

About the celebrant
Funeral Approach
Finding the right words to commemorate someone’s life can seem like an impossible task. I can help you capture the true essence of your loved one for their Funeral, Memorial service, or
Celebration of Life.
My approach is to get down to who your loved one was, not just what they achieved. This means making sure to capture your loved one and reflect their special traits and nuances. This includes finding and setting the right tone whether you’re after something traditional and earnest; something light and upbeat; or something that balances that unique relationship between love and loss.
Prior to my cert IV in Celebrancy, I achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in English with a minor in Psychology.
I’m currently completing my Graduate Diploma in Psychology.

Thank you for the exceptional job you did in supporting my son to farewell his beloved Sam.
All of us were delighted with not only the service you led, but also the way you made yourself available prior to the service, your guidance to those who were to do eulogies, and most important of all, the manner in which you listened and gleaned the essence of Sam's life story, making us feel you were God sent.
Listening is a crucial skill so important in the grief process and you have it in spades. Being a young looking person, one could mistakenly think you might lack maturity for such an important role, but our experience is totally the opposite. Calmness, maturity, empathy and professionalism relevant to the circumstances were what you provided.
To hear my son, so distraught with a broken heart, able to say that the celebration of Sam's life led by you was perfect and Sam would have loved it, made a very sad day one to remember positively forever.
You were an absolute pleasure to work with.

The Celebrant was a welcome change to the (too) many Funerals I have attended. She did not rely on the tired clichés that seem to have become mandatory. Her readings were thoughtful and engaging.
There were one or two family issues, no doubt related to the stress of the occasion, that were handled with grace. I am sure that her management ensured these moments were missed by many.
This young woman demonstrated the very best in her Profession.

Pet Funerals
For many of us, our pets are truly part of the family. Yet, when a pet passes away, it can be hard to know what to do with the immense grief we feel.
I’m a big supporter in the growing popularity of Funerals for Pets.
Funerals give people a sense of closure as well as a dignified farewell. Our beloved animals deserve this too.
